Hey, I’m Emma.


I’m passionate about working with women who are supporting loved ones who are in periods of poorer mental health or illness.

My mission, women supporting a loved one with poor mental health or illness never feels alone, lost or without purpose.
Why, because I’ve been there and know it can be tough. I’ve spent several years supporting a loved one with periods of mental illness. Having a coach has been vital.

I started a journey of “self development” a number of years ago. Initially, my focus was work and how to be a better leader in corporate roles. Well, at least that's what I thought. 

I was actually learning how to support and develop others and I realised I am drawn to seeing people shine. I especially love to see fellow women succeed and thrive.

I started with my own coach while supporting a loved one who was going through a period of poor mental health. They brought so much value and support to my life. I was incredibly fascinated and drawn into the coaching world and after a while, I knew this was something I was going to explore and share with other women.

I have achieved so much while working with my coach. Pushed myself to do things I would not have dreamed of doing, been to places I wouldn’t have gone and experienced things I would not have imagined. 

Don’t get me wrong I still have days where things are not great, but working with a coach gave me tools to be able to recognise those emotions and move through them. I want to share it with you too!

Working with me as your life coach can be revolutionary. It helped me have purpose again, fill my time with things I enjoy, be a better support and role model for the loved ones I support. It does take commitment and work, it is not a magic wand….. but it is worth it.

So that's my story on how I became a transformational life coach for women. 

And here's a little bit more about me…

As well as my own business I’m a coach with Dr Sarah Madigan’s The Joy Movement, and have worked as a coach for Pippa Matthew’s (If you know James Smith PT you will probably know Pippa).

I’m a wife and a cat mum… don’t let that put you off dog lovers…. I love dogs too!


I love to ski and can (just about!) snowboard. For holidays a little closer to home we have a converted camper van and are always looking for beautiful UK locations to explore (especially when the weather is a bit warmer). One of my happy places is the ocean, living bang in the centre of the country means I can’t there as often as I’d like, luckily one of my other fave places is the lake, where I swim regularly.

I enjoy a good podcast while driving, some of my current favourites are; Sh***ed, Married, Annoyed and Armchair Expert. 


And just in case you were wondering, I'm a level 4 Transformational Coach, certified by Paul Mort Coaching Academy and IAPC&M.
