Hi! I’m Emma

My mission is to ensure that a women supporting a loved one with mental illness never feels alone, lost or without purpose.

My journey to becoming a transformational coach wasn’t easy. I’ve been where you are—tired, overwhelmed, and feeling like you’re losing yourself while trying to help someone else.

The turning point for me came on a day I’ll never forget. I left the house, feeling like I couldn’t continue in my marriage, even though I loved my husband deeply. It was just too hard. I drove for 10 seconds around the corner and broke down in tears. I called my best friend for support, unsure how to keep going.

One of the hardest days of my life came later, when my husband went missing and I had to call the police. But here’s the thing: though it was heartbreaking, I felt a resilience I never thought I had. All the work I’d done after that day—working on the stories I told myself, releasing guilt, setting boundaries, and building my self-efficacy—enabled me to support my husband and get through that day.

Now, I’m here to help you. You don’t have to lose yourself in the process of helping someone else. I feel like I’m failing, even though I’m trying so hard.

I feel lost—like I’ve lost me in all of this. The more I focus on them, the more invisible I feel. And the worst part is, no one really gets it. I can’t talk to my friends or family because they won’t understand. After all, it’s not me who’s sick, so what right do I have to complain?

I’ve tried everything—working late to avoid the tension, distracting myself, staying silent to keep the peace. But it’s not working. I’m exhausted, frustrated, and I don’t know how much longer I can keep this up. I just want to support them, but I need to feel like me again. I don’t even know where to start.
